OUR HISTORY
With over 20 years of experience in the machine shop industry and a strong background in
mechanical engineering, Mike Yuhm first conceived his idea of forming Advanced Machining
Solutions, Inc. after noticing a shortage of machine shops in California that could handle large
amount of work orders with a high level of efficiency and customer service.
Under Mike Yuhm’s leadership, Advanced Machining Solutions, Inc. was formed on
September 2005 by a knowledgeable group of employees that have been working together
as a team for more than 15 years in the manufacturing area.
Advanced Machining Solutions, Inc. has been established to fulfill the industry’s demand and
it is primarily engaged in manufacturing a large variety of precision machined components.
With a strong investment in both, equipment and personnel, Advanced Machining Solutions,
Inc. currently owns over ten brand new technologically-advanced machines and has over 20
highly experienced employees working towards the same goal.
